Passwords and signatures
Keep document passwords private and retain credentials needed to open protected files. Use password and restriction workflows only when you have authorization. A visual signature image is not a guarantee of identity verification or legal validity.
No secure redaction by visual cover
Covering, cropping, or overlaying content may leave original information recoverable. Do not treat visual changes as secure redaction.
Prohibited use
Do not use the site to violate the law or another person's rights, to upload malicious material, to interfere with the service, or to attempt unauthorized access. Do not use password tools to bypass credentials or restrictions without permission.
Availability and limitations
Tools may be unavailable, changed, or limited by file type, file size, page count, processing time, hosting capacity, or document structure. A conversion can alter layout or omit unsupported content; successful processing is not a guarantee of fidelity.
The application does not promise continuous availability, error-free processing, or recovery of damaged documents. Preserve your source files and independently verify important outputs.
Intellectual property and third-party services
You retain responsibility for the content you upload. The site name, interface, and application materials remain subject to their applicable rights. The website also relies on software packages and hosting services whose own terms may apply.

The tools and these terms may be updated as the application changes. No response time or support commitment is stated. The Contact page displays an email route only when one is configured for the current deployment.
